Beginner Tumblers will focus on the following skills:

• Handstand Forward Roll
• Cartwheels
• Bridge Downs

Level 1 Tumblers will focus on the following skills: 

• Round-Offs
• Backbend/ Backbend Kickover
• Back Walkover
• Front Walkover

Level 1.5 Tumblers will focus on the following skills: 

• Standing Back Handspring
• Back Walkover Back Handspring
• Round-off Back Handspring 
• Back Handspring Series 
• Front Walkover Round-off Back Handspring(s)

Level 2 Tumblers will focus on the following skills: 

• Back Walkover - Back Handspring Step Out
• Back Handspring Step Out Back Walkover
• Standing Back Handspring Series 
• Round-off Back Handspring Step Out
• Round-off Back Handspring Tuck 

Level 3 Tumblers will focus on the following skills:
